Had a good experience. Matthew and Allen were very helpful, polite and professional. They got the car done in a timely manner considering it was a holiday weekend.

I had flat today so I took my car where I bought my last tires about 18 months ago. They had it in stock replaced my old tire with a new one. Friendly staff and Fast service. My only complain is that they should have put my spare tire back on the trunk properly. The didn't put the jack back in just put the tire in the hole and that was that and all my tires were at different pressure readings. A tire store wanting 5 stars should deliver 5 star service. I have owned auto repair centers most my life. That's why only a 4 star review

Matthew was very helpful with the diagnosis of our tire issues. He let us know what needed correction before an alignment could take place. Everytime we come here we get great, friendly service.

I’ll start with this. The customer service at the front desk is very good. I can say I am disappointed that a tire shop doesn’t have a set of lug nut keys to take off a tire. Apparently only the master tech has it. I dropped my truck off and they could not take my tires off because the master tech was off work and there is a locking lug nut. A tire shop should have a set on hand at all times. I also paid for the safety inspection, which included tire air pressure check, but when I got my truck my back tire was on 28 psi. Now I have to schedule a tire rotation separate when it should have been done with the original cost. Yes, the tire was on 28 psi before and it’s really disappointing that they could not even inflate the tires after not being able to take them off. Either it was a lazy tech or just bad service, but I am disappointed.
